I won't ship it to a different address. Item condition since i'm not an expert on most of the items I sell I might not notice if something is missing, damaged or broken simply because i'm not familiar with the item.

The answer is no. I keep my of each item short and don't have time to mention every little detail of each individual item.

I've had people in the past request that I call them only so that they could give me a low ball offer over the phone and this type of thing is a waste of my time and theirs. Free shipping occasionally I offer free shipping.

This is because i'm not an expert on the items I sell so I can't guarantee they're in 100 working condition.

If i'm shipping electronics sometimes i'll unplug the power cord so I can wrap the item with bubble wrap without smashing the end of the cord.

Occasionally items get damaged no matter how well they're packed. If you want to pay with another method make sure you check with me in advance of placing a bid.

For instance if i'm shipping a tool with a long handle I will usually remove the handle to make it fit in a more compact box. You also need to look at the pictures to see any imperfections.

Problem buyers are always looking for a hidden defect or a way to negotiate unfairly in their favor. Don't expect any response at all.

I don't clean any of these items before shipping so you'll receive them exactly like you see them in the pics.

Just don't waste your time sending me a long list of things you want me to do because it won't be done.

So if you purchase an item for however, as all of us who sell on regularly know, there is always a problem buyer that will pop up from time to time. When I offer free shipping i'm going to ship the item as economically as possible. I may choose to remove parts or pieces of an item to make it more compact for shipping purposes.

For parts or not working most of the items I sell are 'for parts or not working.

If an item is sent back it needs to be packaged carefully so that no shipping damage occurs on return shipping. Shipping damage many of the items I sell have damaged areas before I ship them. The answer is no.

If you're interested in an item i'm selling please remember that you probably know more about it than me so take a good look at the pics to see exactly what you'll be getting. Some of the items I sell have odors, I buy stuff out of old houses and in old dusty dirty garages. In some cases, I may make an exception.

This is for your benefit and mine. Its really dirty, oily and greasy and needs a good cleaning.

The reason is that people constantly surprise me by asking questions I didn't expect or anticipate. I always try to make the best decisions possible to get the item to you without damage while keeping the shipping within budget or close to it.

Let me clear this up I pay for the shipping even if the item says free shipping.

Some of the requests i've gotten in the past have made the cost of shipping and materials go shipping items in a timely manner is a high priority for me but occasionally i'm out of town for a day or two and can't get things out as quickly as i'd like.

I'm not an expert on the items I sell I know very little about most of the items I sell so most of them are being sold as untested and in many cases 'for parts or not working.

When I spin the shaft with the square notch in it clockwise, the shaft with the mounting bracket with the four holes in it spins counter clockwise. I will very rarely ever respond to a request to call. If you want me to test something real simple and it takes me less than a minute I may be willing to do it.

I will usually lean towards listing an item as 'for parts or not working' rather than 'used' in most cases even if certain features or functions appear to be in working order.

If it gets sent back to me I won't resend it to you but will relist it and sell it to someone else. If the box was damaged take a picture of it before you open it and save all packing materials. If you're concerned about odors feel free to ask.

This was an estate purchase and i'm not an expert on it.

If you see an item you're interested in there's a good chance that you know more about it than I do.

So your mistake would cost you I don't need to sell anything badly enough to deal with a high maintenance problem buyer. Extra size plus extra weight equals extra cost.

Testing items most of the items I sell are untested. Or more over and beyond what i've estimated and I can't absorb those extra costs then i'll relist the item and you'll have the option of repurchasing it.

Items are as is I don't fix up or clean up the majority of the items I sell but sell them 'as found' and 'as is. Per hour and materials bubble wrap, packing peanuts, paper, cardboard, etc.

Items are as pictured a lot of the items I sell are dusty, dirty, oily, sticky, greasy, rusty, etc.

I'm not going to take the time to do shipping quotes or disclose how much free shipping will cost me when i'm not charging for it. It will automatically be done for you by. Over and above the flat rate cost that i'm charging.
