Other than that it is excellent to near mint condition. It is used but good usable condition. No other wear, problems or issues.
Item forward pinion carrier assembly for Borg Warner velvet drive Marine transmissions. Borg part number on this is 72-1A2C.
It looked like that when removed from a working unit.
Will fit 72c with reduction units only, old bushing case. This does not use sealing rings but seal using brass bushings in the tail part of case and cannot be used a new style.
The only issue with this part is some very minor pitting in sealing area I have shown worst close up pic.
