I left the steering arm and shift cable attached. The bellows are still attached with no holes. This is a Mercruiser transom assembly off 888 outdrive.

This outdrive that was attached to worked very well. This unit is in very good condition, the bearings are still tight. This was removed from a freshwater boat.
