Details:

The part number is visible in one of pictures. You are looking at a Garrett turbocharger for 6 or 8 v92 Detroit Diesel engine. This riser is stainless steel and has an 8 hose. I'm offering both pieces as a package for fraction of the new part.

This part was offered by Johnson and towers but i'm pretty sure Covington also used turbo. It has a wet jacket and is new, but was bolted on motor at one time. It is also new.
